Lifetime Exchange & Buyback

Get 95% of the prevailing total jewellery value determined by Iraah when exchanging eligible jewellery.

• Exchange value can only be used to purchase new jewellery from Iraah.
• If the new jewellery costs more, the customer pays the difference.
• If it costs less, the remaining balance is issued as Iraah Wallet Credit or an Iraah Gift Card.
• Exchange value cannot be withdrawn as cash.

Sell eligible jewellery back to Iraah and receive 90% of the prevailing total jewellery value determined by Iraah.

The customer can choose to receive the buyback amount through:

• Bank transfer to a verified bank account (NEFT/RTGS).
• Iraah Wallet Credit.
• Iraah Gift Card.

Approved bank payments are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection and final approval.

Step 1 – Raise a Request

Email [email protected] with:

• Order ID or original purchase invoice.
• Name and registered mobile number.
• Clear jewellery photographs.
• Original product certificate, wherever available.
• Whether the request is for Exchange or Buyback.

Step 2 – Verification and Pickup

Iraah verifies the purchase details and eligibility, then arranges free, insured pickup.

Step 3 – Inspection and Valuation

Iraah checks the jewellery's authenticity and condition and determines its value.

Step 4 – Customer Approval

The final valuation is shared with the customer, who must accept or reject it within 15 days.

• On approval, exchange credit or buyback payment is processed.
• If rejected, Iraah arranges return of the jewellery at its own cost.
• If there is no response within 15 days, the approved Exchange value may be issued as Iraah Wallet Credit. Buyback payment will not be made without customer approval; Iraah will contact the customer to arrange return of the jewellery.

• Original purchase invoice and product certificate are required for verification. If the certificate is lost or unavailable, ₹1,500 per missing certificate will be deducted.
• Jewellery must pass Iraah's authenticity and quality inspection. Unauthorised alterations, repairs, tampering or damage affecting authenticity or valuation may result in rejection.
• Any discount, coupon, promotional offer or other promotional benefit received during the original purchase will be deducted from the applicable Exchange or Buyback value.
• All promotional freebies, such as gold coins or loose diamonds, must be returned with the jewellery. If not returned, their prevailing value will also be deducted.
• Iraah bears the pickup and shipping costs and arranges transit insurance.

• Jewellery above ₹5,00,000 — During the first 7 days, only exchange is allowed, with no money-back refund. After 7 days, Lifetime Exchange at 95% and Buyback at 90% apply, subject to eligibility.
• Gold-only jewellery above ₹10,00,000 — Lifetime Exchange only; no Lifetime Buyback. This restriction does not apply to diamond jewellery containing gold.
• EMI, wallet or scheme purchases — Eligible for Lifetime Exchange only, not Buyback.
• Customised, personalised and engraved jewellery — No cancellation, return, refund or exchange during the first 7 days. Lifetime Exchange and Buyback are available after 7 days, subject to eligibility.
• Old Gold Exchange Credit or Lifetime Exchange Credit purchases — Eligible for Lifetime Exchange and Buyback after 7 days. The old gold or exchange-credit portion is not refundable in cash under the 7-Day Policy.
• Gold and silver coins — Not eligible for return, refund, exchange or buyback.

• Wallet Credit and Gift Cards issued against Exchange value are valid for 180 days from the date of issue.
• If unused after 180 days, the customer may request a refund of the remaining balance.
• A 5% transaction charge will be deducted, and the balance will be transferred to the customer's verified bank account.
• Iraah Gift Cards are issued only against Exchange value.

Jewellery already exchanged under the 7-Day Policy is not eligible for another 7-day money-back refund.

Any subsequent exchange will be treated as a Lifetime Exchange at 95%. Lifetime Buyback at 90% may also be available if the purchase is otherwise eligible.

Lifetime Resizing

Ring resizing is available throughout the lifetime of the product. Any applicable charges will be communicated to the customer after inspection.

• If the resized ring costs more than the existing ring, the incremental cost shall be borne by the customer.
• If the resized ring costs less than the existing ring, the differential amount shall be refunded to the customer.
• Any applicable refund will be processed through online bank transfer within 5 days after dispatch of the resized product.

Lifetime Free Repairs

Iraah offers lifetime free repairs for eligible jewellery purchased from Iraah, including manufacturing defects, broken chains, hooks, tarnishing and other repairable issues, subject to inspection.

Free home pick-up and drop-off are provided for eligible repair services.

If a product cannot be repaired, Iraah will assess its condition and provide a suitable solution on a case-by-case basis.

• This policy applies to purchases made through Iraah's official website and authorised physical stores in India. International orders are excluded.
• All requests are subject to product verification, quality inspection and final valuation by Iraah.
• All terms are subject to applicable consumer protection laws in India.
